Carrie E Neal: Founder & Principal
Carrie E Neal is an educator, administrator and artist who has spent the last 20+ years working in, and with, education institutions, small companies, and NGOs. As a process facilitator and coach, Carrie has led curricular and structural change, created and facilitated learning, equity, diversity and inclusion workshops, and created opportunities for leadership development for students, faculty, community members and administrators at several local, national and international organizations. Leadership development and resourcing is an important part of the work that Carrie does in institutions.

Carrie comes to the table as an integral thinker, making connections between diverse fields of study, and finds ways to connect the ethereal with the practical. Bringing interest and training in design thinking, strategic analysis, facilitation, social justice, and education, Carrie partners with folks individually and in teams to assess current situations and make plans for the future.

Carrie has a Master of Arts in Teaching from Manhattanville College, a Master of Arts in Media Studies, and a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management with a certificate in Leadership and Change from The New School. Carrie completed coursework for a Master of Arts program in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology at The Graduate Institute with a research focus on intersubjectivity in groups and is currently pursuing a PhD in Creative Practice with TransArt Institute and Liverpool John Moores University. In addition, Carrie is a credentialed professional coach through the International Coaching Federation and is certified with Change Catalysts in Change Intelligence (CQ).

Katie Fong: Principal
Katie is an organizational change consultant with expertise in talent and organizational assessment, leadership development, visioning and strategic planning, and equity, diversity, and inclusion. She brings nearly 15 years of experience working with clients including Fortune 500 consumer brands and retailers, founder-led startups, non-profits, and institutions of higher education. Her experience is in aligning talent and organizational structure with effective processes, healthy and equitable culture, and strategic business priorities. 

Katie began her career as an executive search consultant, and has partnered with top executive leaders to conduct high-profile searches across a broad range of functional areas and business contexts. Recognized for her insightful assessment skills and ability to create clarity and focus amid complexity, Katie grounds her consulting practice in a deep, empathic understanding of interpersonal and intergroup relations that spans industries, geographies, and organizational cultures. 

In addition to her consulting work, Katie is an actively involved Trustee on the Board of her undergraduate alma mater, Wells College. She is based in Aurora, NY, and completed her Master of Science degree in Organizational Change Management at The New School. Katie's current research is on Interrogating Whiteness in Organization Development.

Miranda Cohen: Consultant
Miranda is a nonprofit consultant focused on international organizational and intercultural competencies. She brings experience in organizational assessment, strategic planning, intercultural understanding, program development, coalition building, and diversity and inclusion. She has over 10 years of experience in the NGO sector and has lived and worked in the United States, China, Zambia, and North Macedonia. Miranda works with community members, key stakeholders, staff, and Board members to incorporate long-term, equitable, sustainable, and trauma-informed practices in the strategic planning process. She is particularly passionate about the role of leadership development and resource generation for organizational populations that are often disenfranchised and underengaged. 

Miranda has a range of career experiences that have led to informed organization and program development practices. She served as a data analyst for a higher education institution and has a keen eye for data analytics and monitoring and evaluation. She brings a background grounded in data to her strategic planning approach, developing plans and structures at the intersection of data and human dynamics.  

In addition to consulting, Miranda serves as a Board Chair for a NGO in Uganda that teaches female-bodied individuals how to sew reusable menstrual pads. She has a Bachelors from Temple University in Organizational Leadership, a Masters from the New School in Nonprofit Management, and a Certificate in Organizational Development from the New School. She currently resides in Philadelphia.

Peter Kuo: Consultant
Peter (he/him) is the Director of the Conservatory at American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.), where he serves as the Chair of the Staff EDI Committee. He is a theatre director, producer, writer, and educator focusing on raising the visibility of marginalized communities. He is on the Advisor Council for the Intimacy Directors of Color; and has started a meeting group for BIPOCs working at Predominately White Institutions.  

Previously, Peter spent four years producing for his own theatre company, Artists at Play. For more than eight years, he worked full-time in marketing and communication positions at South Coast Repertory, East West Players, and LA Stage Alliance. He has also held producing/administrative positions at Sacred Fools and Cornerstone Theater Company. At The New School for Drama he was the School of Drama Social Justice Programming Coordinator and the founder of NSD: Affinity Groups, a new initiative to bring Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion conversations to the school's community. 

He earned his MFA in Directing at The New School for Drama in New York City. Named as one of Theater Communication Group's Rising Leaders of Color in the Round 3 cohort, he is also a co-founder of Artists at Play, an Asian American theatre collective that produces Los Angeles premieres of works for Asian Americans.
