50 minute coaching sessions - $129.
80 minute coaching sessions - $199.
REFLECTIVE PRACTICE -
This is for folks already in coaching who would like to report about what's happening between sessions, ask questions, or reflect on their journeys.
Individual Reflection sessions:
25 minute Reflection session - $55.
NEW! The Journey towards Self DISCOVERY PACKAGE:
12 sessions within 4 months: start anytime.
Paid in three installments (at session 1, 5 and 9).
This package is for folks who are interested in learning more about their true selves.
If you are asking questions like: Who am I? Why did I react like that? What drives me?
Then this type of coaching may be right for you. We will spend time together exploring your inner world. You will learn about how your internal system works, which aspects of yourself are present, and how to listen to, trust and empower your true Self.
In this coaching we will be focusing on using an adaptation of Partswork as developed by Dr. Richard C Schwartz.
12 sessions within 4 months:
50 minute coaching sessions - $103 each.

All coaching happens over the phone.
Once you decide you are interested, you fill out the form above.
Then I will send you the link to my online calendar - you book a time, and I call you.
After that first (free) phone call, if you are interested in coaching with me, book another appointment!
